An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 63ph33 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant account balances after providing prior written notice to the registered email or mobile number. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 63ph33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
63ph33's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 63ph33 wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 63ph33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
63ph33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 63ph33 reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Upon termination of an account for cause, 63ph33 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining wallet balance, including both real money funds and bonus funds, where such forfeiture is warranted by the nature of the breach (for example, in cases of fraud, money laundering, or multi-accounting). In cases where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
Players may voluntarily close their 63ph33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining verified real money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.
63ph33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 63ph33 will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the 63ph33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and 63ph33, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 63ph33 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
